DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin us in Old Town\, Eureka\, for our 29th Annual Cruz’n Eureka Car & Motorcycle Show ~ A benefit for Boys & Girls Club of the Redwoods\n\n\nThursday\, September 7\n\nThe Poker Run starts at 6pm at the Wharfinger Building\, 1 Marina Way\, and will end at Boys & Girls Club of the Redwoods Eureka Teen Center\, 939 Harris Street\, for a Show & Shine at 7:30pm. There will be live music by Quartet Noir and 12-hour\, slow-smoked brisket plates served by Tugboat Charlie.\nThe Show & Shine is a Free Event – Everyone welcome – No registration required\n\n\n\n\n\nFriday\, September 8\n\nRecology’s Show & Shine in Henderson Center between E & F Streets on Grotto\, 11am to 3pm. Free Event!\nMcCrea Motors Check-In Meet & Greet BBQ at Boys & Girls Club of the Redwoods Teen Center\, Harris & K Streets\, 4pm to 5:30pm.\nEureka Chrysler Dodge Jeep FIAT Cruz through Old Town from 6pm to 7pm\n\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, September 9\n\nCar Show Parking starts at 7am on 2nd & C Streets in Old Town\nStreet Fair Vendor setup starts at 8am.\nCar Show\, Street Fair and Raffle from 10am to 4pm\nCar Sound Off at 11am\, corner of E & 1st Streets. SUMMARY:Day For Kids
DESCRIPTION:The Boys and Girls Club of the Redwoods is hosting a Day for Kids on Saturday\, September 16th 2023 from Noon to 4pm. This is a Free community event at the Boys and Girls Club of the Redwoods Teen Center\, located under the water tower off Harris in Eureka. \nThere will be free food\, face painting\, mini-golf\, a DJ\, a Bouncy House\, and a visit from Humboldt Bay Fire and the Eureka Police Department. We will have the CalFresh smoothie bike and a Hot Wheels demonstration with tracks and hot wheel races. Tabling the event will be the Raven Project\, the Youth Services Bureau and Sorrel Leaf Healing Center. \nThis is a day of fun to celebrate children and youth of all ages. Come and check out our Eureka Teen Center and meet our staff! Children under 11 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
